This product is a high-output flexible LED strip built with Seoul Semiconductor LEDs, delivering 4050 lm at 5000K with CRI 95, 36 W of power consumption and an efficacy of 112 lm/W.
The LumiFlex family is our flexible strip platform for professional linear lighting. Production runs reel-to-reel on our own lines in Germany, and the strips are built with Zhaga-compatible dimensions so they drop into standard profiles and luminaire bodies. The self-adhesive thermally conductive backing means installation needs no clips, no screws and no soldering.
At this power density the strip should be mounted on an aluminium profile or another metal surface. The profile is not an accessory here but part of the thermal design: it carries the heat away from the LEDs, which is what keeps the light output and the colour point stable over the rated lifetime.
Why we build with Seoul Semiconductor LEDs
Seoul Semiconductor is one of the largest LED manufacturers worldwide and holds one of the broadest LED patent portfolios in the industry. Its mid-power and high-power packages combine very high luminous efficacy with proven long-term reliability, and the company publishes the LM-80 data that lets us calculate a realistic L70 lifetime rather than an optimistic estimate. Using a branded Seoul LED means the luminous flux, colour point and degradation behaviour of the strip are predictable across production lots.
The LumiFlex1095 comes with a 5-year warranty. A warranty period of that length is only possible because the components, the thermal design and the production process are under our own control, and it gives you real investment security on a component that will be built into an installation.
Made in Germany – for reliable quality
This Lumistrips light engine is developed and manufactured at our production site in Germany. The PCB is assembled on controlled SMD equipment and the finished boards are visually inspected and electrically tested. We use specified, traceable LED components and defined production parameters so that current, voltage, light output and colour remain reproducible from batch to batch.
The difference from generic LED tape or anonymous modules is control of the complete light engine: copper layout, soldering quality, LED spacing, component selection and thermal path are defined together. That gives luminaire makers a more predictable component for continuous operation, easier qualification and repeat orders that behave like the original build.
